Can you accommodate outdoor events?

Yes, outdoor events are a lot of fun, however, we must be on level ground and a shelter or cover is required if in direct sunlight, rain or severe wind. Also, if we are using a backdrop setup we will almost always need to placed up against a wall to protect against wind. If rains or high winds become a problem, the booth may be shut down temporarily until conditions improve. Please be sure to let us know ahead of time if the event will be outdoors.

How do I reserve my date or check your availability?

By clicking on our contact page you will be able to enter your date and it will let you know if the date is available and will allow you send us your contact and event information. We also require a sign contract and a non-refundable retainer fee to reserve your date.

What is your service area?

We can provide Photo Booth Services to practically anywhere. We do, however charge a travel fee for locations outside a 40-mile radius from our home location in Farmington, Missouri. Events over 150 miles away from our home location may require additional fees.

Can the photos be branded or customized?

Absolutely! We customize every photo to each event that we do, whether is for a private party/wedding or a corporate activation. Our booths and even our screens can also be customized to match your theme or business.

Do you provide backdrops?

Yes, we have about 6 different backdrops to choose from in different colors and patterns and are approximately 8'x8' in size.

Do you provide props?

If you wish to have props at your event, yes, we do provide high-quality props at no extra charge.

What is an open-air style photo booth?

Open-air style booths do not have a curtain, instead everyone at the party can see the action. Sometimes DJs get mad at us for stealing away everyone's attention. The open-air concept gives us a lot of flexibility in where we can set-up and it gives you the opportunity to squeeze more people into the frame.

How much space is needed?

We require a space of approximately 10' x 10' to ensure there is enough room for the booth and any tables that may be needed to accommodate any props and other items needed for your event.

Do you print on-site?

If you have chosen a package that includes printed images, yes, images are printed on-site are usually available within 15 seconds of the final photo that is taken.

Do you offer Social Media Sharing/Text Messaging?

Yes, our photo booths allow your guests and customers to share their photos on social media, text messaging, and through email. WiFi is necessary to send the photos on-site, however, if WiFi isn't available at the event the photos will be placed in a que and sent the next time WiFi is connected to the booth.

Will someone from your company be with the booth during the entire event?

Yes, at this time we do require a photo booth attendant stay with our booth during the duration of your event. They will be there to ensure that your guests have a great time and ensure that the equipment is working properly at all times.

Are you insured?

Yes, you can rest assured that we do carry liability insurance.
